Hi, I'm Camila, and I created Running Mantra for those who move.

For those who train consistently, not perfectly. Who love a night out with friends as much as a morning run. Who don't skip life because of training, or training because of life.

We call them Casual Athletes.

Born from my two favourite sports, running and yoga, Running Mantra is built on a simple belief:

Growth begins where comfort ends. Running taught me resilience. Yoga reminds me every day to be aware.

Together, they remind us that progress isn't about being the fastest or the strongest, but about showing up, again and again.
